The new Skinny Sandwiches include The Hammie, made with ham and Swiss cheese; TKY (pronounced Tee-Kay-Why) made with turkey and Swiss; and the Mushroom Melt made with mushrooms, Swiss, American and provolone cheeses. All your old favorite Potbelly sandwiches remain on the menu and are now referred to as Originals.
