And now Potbelly has taken one of those fan favorite creations and made it official. That’s right, there’s a new sandwich at Potbelly! It’s called the CLUBBY. It’s Potbelly’s take on the classic club sandwich. The CLUBBY is a meatier, clubbier, club sandwich with oven roasted turkey, hickory smoked ham, bacon, provolone cheese, ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato.
